If you are in a country where the cattle, poultry and dairy farmers give their

animals growth hormones and antibiotics you're going to have a suppressed immune

system unless you are a 10% vegetarian...unless you are eating non-organic meats

and dairy products you are still loading your body full of steroids and

antibiotics...this suppresses the immune system. If your country buys USA meats

and you eat those meats you will have a suppressed immune system.

I believe this is why diseases, obesity and female children developing breasts

at age 5 & 6 is on the rise in the USA.

Hey Effie!! I am pleased to hear of your success with LDN, and hope

their is much more!

I too was very interested in the blood type diet, but as I did some

research I found some scathing reviews of that gentleman's book.

Now I have not read it myself, but the general concensus seemed to

be that he does not back up these claims. They may be true, but

apparently he did not feel that posting the research to prove them

was important. I myself have experienced wonderful results on the

Swank diet (www.swankmsdiet.com), and I also had good results on the

Best Bet Diet (www.direct-ms.org). The Swank diet is much easier to

follow that the Best Bet, so I would check it out.

It is best to stick with organic produce and free range meat as

often as possible. This requires mostly eating at home, but I think

you will find yourself feeling much better from it. Aside fromt

that, getting the proper amount of EFA's will keep your CNS fueled

with the necessary materials for healthy rebuilding. Good luck!
