<<Do you remember which of those essences you recommended for me?

thanks>>

Hi Joe,

asked me to tell you that she mailed a combination essence out to

you on Thursday. You should be getting it fairly soon.

It's a blend of White Chestnut and Cherry Plum.

Let us know how it works for you!

ok, i tried it in water at first. i didn't notice anything right

away, but i did feel really good for awhile about 4 hours later, but

when i took it again i didn't notice anything. so im not sure if it

actually was the essence. From what i've read this can take

differing amounts of time to work. do you let it sit under your

tongue for awhile?

hopefully i'll notice something from the drops other wise i'll just

drink it like shot of whiskey. ; )

Dear Joe,

You said:

** Yes, it does take differing times to work. This is not an allopathic

drug. You won't feel bowled over by it. The only time you'll notice a Bach

essence working very quickly (1-2 min.) in a critical situation like when

someone is in shock, explosive, rapidly psychotic, etc. Otherwise, you're

possibly looking at anywhere from a few hours to a few days to get an effect

for something that is not deep-seated and longstanding. You may need to

take it fro a while after that to completely resolve the situation. For

deep-seated and longstanding stuff, it can be 2-3 months before you notice

anything.

Bach essences are smooth. You'll never find yourself feeling a rush when

they work. People just seem to say, " Oh! Huh, I think I feel better. I

don't remember feeling that change. "

How do you know then that the essences did anything and the person

didn't just get over the problem?

** In some cases, you don't but this is the case with pharmaceutical

drugs as well. In acute cases, when a person has had experience with a

problem that normally doesn't resolve that quickly, you know it works when a

few min. to a few hours later things are different.

All you have to do is see Rescue Remedy pull a person out of shock in a

matter of a minute or two and you'll believe in Bach remedies.

How do you know an antibiotic works? I've recovered from full-blown

pneumonia 2x without antibiotics. I would have recovered with them, too.
