spinach so probably would like this, too. Do you cut it up and boil

it? Is lemon juice ALL you add?

Start with an omelette with veggies and cheese--it seems pretty

This was great info and gave me some good ideas. I already do the

Spring water b/c I cannot STAND the taste of chlorine. I also do the

fish thing and eat lots of meat and veggies. The hardest for me will

be doing away with the ice cream and coffee.
