Baked > squash or sweet potatoes are a great change of pace. ***Kim...How do you cook Collards and Kale and swiss chard? I love spinach so probably would like this, too. Do you cut it up and boil it? Is lemon juice ALL you add? Start with an omelette with veggies and cheese--it seems pretty > normal, even at breakfast. ****Is there a simple and fast way to make an omelette??? This was great info and gave me some good ideas. I already do the Spring water b/c I cannot STAND the taste of chlorine. I also do the fish thing and eat lots of meat and veggies.
