<<The mood swings are really hitting me hard due to my

(medically emergency necessary and forced) mood

stabilizer withdrawal several weeks ago.

I keep taking the Bach Rescue Spray, but of course

it's not addressing my depression and fears. I am SO

tempted to call my pdoc and then he will put me back

on damaging drugs! It's using all my willpower not to

call him! I want to get through this without more

drugs so bad.

I need to talk to a counselor or therapist really bad.

But there is no one who will do this over the phone

for you here. The free Crisis Line sucks big time.>>

***Have you tried the homeopathic remedy aconitum napellus? Many people

find it extremely useful for anxiety (even bad anxiety!).

mentioned it in post #798. Let us know if you want more discussion about

it.

I know you are going through a terribly tough time with this CT withdrawal,

but please keep reminding yourself that it really is withdrawal, not you.

The depression and fears are from withdrawal too.

<<My first therapy appt in a year is January 7. I hope I

can hang on till then. The problem is that my mania is

causing problems in my marriage and I'm in great fear.>>

***You mentioned above that you are depressed--does that mean that mania is

not a problem at the moment? If it is indeed not a problem right now, then

please do yourself a favor and don't worry about it. The w/d symptoms are

giving you a snowball effect where you start to worry about everything in

the known universe instead of just the problem at hand.

Don't worry about the mania, or your marriage, or anything except telling

yourself over and over that this is all from withdrawal. Withdrawal DOES

pass.

Hang in there, Melody, we're with you!

I'll check in with you when I get home from work tomorrow evening. I'll be

thinking about you.
