Guest guest
Hi , You said: <<I'm in the throes of a 9.09% reduction and can't hardly do for myself at this point. What flower remedy is good for zero attention span, inability to focus or to remember, fatigue, tearfulness, mild anxiety etc.>> As I recall, you have been working at withdrawal for quite a long time at this point, correct? Do you think a 9% reduction is too much for your body to handle? Can you think of anything that has helped you through this phase of withdrawal in the past? I am reluctant to talk about my experience with Bach flower essences in this context, as I never used them to address that particular set of symptoms. There are some other things that have helped myself and others, however. There is a homeopathic remedy that a lot of folks here have used for withdrawal-related anxiety. It is called aconitum napellus, or aconite for short. Do a search on it in the archives and you will see what has to say about it and how she prefers to use it. If you have not been diagnosed with any kidney problems, magnesium can be very calming and relaxing as well. I will have to talk to about what dosage she would use if she were in your situation. Hang in there, be very kind and gentle with yourself, and remind yourself that this is all from the withdrawal. It will pass. Don't hesitate to slow down your reductions if that is what your body needs. Kim

Whoa, look again. I wrote '9.09 %' and not '9.09 mg'. This was a 1 mg reduction though you may be right in that having come down from 80 mg., I may need to go extra slowly now. I will not knowingly reduce too fast again after doing so in 2000. > > > As far as difficulty concentrating, this is withdrawal. It's not > going to be pain-free. Honestly, it's not going to be anywhere near > pain-free. For severe fatigue, a homeopathic remedy called Carbo > Vegetabilis 30C can be helpful (according to Boericke's Materia > Medica). I know it's not going to be pain free but I've had my fill of emotional pain. Sometimes it's hard to keep going even though there isn't any choice. I'm going to look into increasing my magnesium. Did I understand correctly that magnesium shouldn't be taken at the same time as Calcium? Should I keep it away from anything else? BTW, how many degrees in nutritional healing do you have, ? - > > Regards, > >
