Guest guest
you just said IT, in a nutshell, the problem, the key, the issue at hand. Those 3 words I bolded below. I think the Fear Factor is the biggest issue. I can't tell you how many times one bad thought snowballed and freaked me out. Many times in the beginning I thought it felt like I was taking cyanide tablets. I kept thinking What If it doesnt' work, What If it's killing me, What If I made the biggest mistake of my life. But, doing nothing less than 3.0, and only 4.5 for 2 trials (38 days, and 12 days, 7 months apart), for 953 days now, only missing 2 doses (day 359 and 864), I don't scare as easily any more. So far, every obstacle, every event has resolved, either with my chiropractors, or in a few days. Most of it is posted in My Story thread on my LDN ezboard, feel free to read. http://www.larrygc.com/mystory I don't have sleeping issues, or at least I have no complaints about my pattern. My wife said when I woke up on 4/18/03, after my first night, that she THOUGHT I slept more peacefully than ever before (21 yrs of observation). She confirmed that periodically as time went on. I also live on a 12-8am schedule, so I'm sleeping from 7pm til 11:30pm or so, most every day. Maybe people are just trying to sleep too much? LOL [low dose naltrexone] Thanks Larry the numbness is scary Thanks LarryI do feel a small bit better from the 1.5 mg strangely. I am scared to go up to the bigger doses. Do people just take some sleeping aids and sleep through it?Cathal
Guest guest
Hi Cathal, My numbness is starting to get better at week 2. I still have sleep issues and am hoping that to will pass. I don't want to get use to a sleep aid and have problems sleeping with out it. I'm taking 3 mg. Good luck! > > Thanks Larry > I do feel a small bit better from the 1.5 mg strangely.
