I told God back when I weighed 294 pounds that if He could get me out of the mess I'd eaten myself into, that I would spend the rest of my life helping others with their health and fitness challenges. That would be awesome to teach class for you! I know several certified instructors in your area. Have you ever gone to the WA Metropolitan training center? Be blessed, > Welcome ! I'm headed to the shower right now ... just had my 6:00 class and heading for the 9:00 soon. Unfortunately, the center is 90 minutes away, so I haven't been back since. Unfortunately, I may not make it before they close - I hope they don't though.
