Guest guest
Would a nontherapist be welcome if they were to be in Indianapolis on the same day that this gathering were to take place? Jim <///><
Guest guest
: It sounds like a fine idea! Perhaps one of our colleagues from Indianapolis can recommend a spot and we can agree by consensus on the date and time. I imagine that we should pretty much anticipate hosting our own individual open bars. Hello all, I know this is a last minute proposal but. . . How about an informal get together over a meal or cocktails for PTManager list-serve members at the APTA meeting next week in Indianapolis? Besides putting faces with each others email address it will give us a chance to talk politics and shop (without the world listening in). I do not know the exact conference schedule, nor do I know potential meeting places in Indy -- hence this is a proposal only without any specifics. Any thoughts? Recommendations on a time or place? Does anybody have such a successful practice that they would host an open bar In addition to an informal gathering many of the list serve members will be at the Section on Administration's meeting on Saturday, June 17th. Guest guest
I think it is a great idea - face to face with 12,000 pen pals <grin> I'm on board if I can schedule it. How about everyone check the message board under PTManager? At 03:57 PM 6/9/00, you wrote: : It sounds like a fine idea! Guest guest
Gee whiz... 1) Here I am, a graduate of the Krannert School of Physical Therapy in Indianapolis, and 2) Am planning on attending the APTA 2000 conference, and 3) for the life of me, can't even think of a place to meet! Depending upon the number of interested list-serve members, should it be at one of the hotels? RCA Dome? Convention Center?, or perhaps at Reggie 's home to celebrate NBA Playoff Victory? --- anybody out there from/living in Indianapolis who can help jog my memory??? Guest guest
Ken: You're local and you're thinking. Can you come up with a place around the convention area where the PTManager group could meet informally? I'm sure we'd all appreciate your effort!
