I personally paid for the printing of 100 copies last May, and have maybe 15

copies left. I have obtained sponsors to print 5000 copies, and hope to

have the project ready for the conference next April. You can obtain a copy

by doing the following:

Make a check payable in the amount of $30.00 to the Foundation For

Immunologic Research

Send your payment to me: Susie Sedlock

7117 Park Terrace Drive

andria, VA 22307

Be sure to include your address and zip code if it is not on your check. I

will send you a copy of the manual and remit your check to the Foundation

For Immunologic Research in New York City.
