I offer telephone consultations and then prescribe LDN if appropriate. I do this

with patients across the country. If that is desirable, I would need to

establish a formal patient/doctor relationship which requires for the sake of

practicing good medicine:

1) review medical records (what has worked, what hasn't etc.)

2) review past medical history (onset of illness, contributing factors,

lifestyle, nutrition, neurovegative symptoms (appetite sleep etc)

3) review current symptoms

4) discuss therapeutic options

5) agree upon a clinical trial and appropriate follow-up.
