I have never heard of anyone trying LDN for Post Polio Syndrome, so have no idea if it would be sufficiently powerful, but I had Polio when I was a kid so am aware of the risk and it would be the very first thing I tried if I had a problem with post polio syndrome. I also avoid all vaccinations to keep my immune system up. I have not made the decision to take LDN as a precaution, although I understand why many take LDN even though they have no diagnosed condition.
