dr. bihari's office

i called dr. bihari's office today asking about a consult. i spoke to

a man named bill who sets up appts. i was sad to hear that dr. bihari

is once again out of commission due to a neck injury. but he will do a

phone consult. now i am pretty poor and i asked if he took medicare,

and the answer was no and the first phone consult would be $500 and

after that it is $250. i asked what poor people did and he said that

he could not help me and the conversation ended. as did my opportunity.
