Disturbed sleep is a common side effect when first taking ldn. It can last for several weeks, or just a few days.

Halving the amount of powder in a capsule is NOT a good idea. It is not accurate at all since the amount of ldn in the capsule is miniscule, (only about a few grains of sand). You may be getting all fillers and no naltrexone in one half, if you divide the capsule. Best to get a script for 1.5 mg caps then you can experiment with dose.
