Guest guest
Hi Dian, Try getting some flax seed in the crushed seed form and add it to oatmeal in the morning. I take up to 1 tablespoon (although some take 2 tablespoons) and it works wonders for me. Also, it can fulfill some of your oils. Remember to add it in at the very end before eating your cereal as it is best not to cook the flaxseed to retain its benefits. Guest guest
800 MG Magnesium, once a day... by day 3 you'll be moving. Not sure if 400 every day would keep things going smoothly. I only take 800 MG 3 days in a row and stop a while. I don't need to send the pendulum too far the other way, I still like my freedom from the bowl [low dose naltrexone] LDN for psoriasis I have been on LDN from medsmx for approx 2 months now. Can't tell if LDN is working for my psoriasis yet.Have also added fish oil and DL-pheylalanine. Guest guest
Aletha & Dian, Be careful taking Flax Seed/Oil if you also have Bipolar Disorder - it can cause manic tendencies to arise - try fish oil instead. Guest guest
I just got my Rx and will start taking LND Friday. I have P over about 70% of my body plus psoriatic arthritis. This is my last hope. If this doesn't work, I'm considering embrel. I'll post regularly on how I respond. Ann > I have read that LDN is also used to treat psoriasis.
