Well--I had a general check up about a week ago. The GP I've had for several years told me his mom has MS. He advised me to get back on a CRAB drug. I asked him if he'd ever heard of LDN? Of course his reply was no. So, I preceded to give him some info, and asked him to go to the low dose naltrexone site. He said his mother's right leg is paralzed, and might not have done so if she was on a CRAB sooner. I certainly hope he tries LDN with her.

2 wks prior to this visit, I saw my Allergist. After all these years, I developed asthma from eating food I was unknowingly allergic to. On his advice I took him several supplements I wanted to take. After looking the ingredients over...this included an Omega Flax Oil, a Juice, and a multi-vitamin--the only supplement he approved of was the Glyconutrients.

I'm just posting this so you know what a difficult journey it is to discover a protocol that we can customize individually. For me, it's been trial and error. I am not on LDN right now, but hope to try again in the near future. I just need to take some vacation time to deal with the insomia!

Get back on the LDN IMMEDIATELY!! If you are not on high blood pressure

medicine take melatonin starting at 3mg to 6mg and if not enough go to 9mg on up

to 15mg if needed. Take melatonin 30 minutes before your LDN dose. If you

cannot take melatonin then use an over-the-counter sleep aid for a few weeks.

By being off the LDN you are taking a very risky chance of your MS progressing

that could leave you with permanent damage that LDN may not be able to reverse

or help. Take it from a chronic progressive MS'er whose been paralyzed more

than 3 times since 1989. I have lots of permanent damage that LDN cannot touch.

I wish I had started LDN when I read about it and that was 4 years before I

decided to try LDN. I probably would not be almost totally deaf if I had

started LDN 4 years before I did. I've been on LDN 2 years & 3 months and my MS

is now halted dead in its tracks on 4.5mg LDN for that whole 2 years and 3

months. LDN cannot repair my hearing loss nor can it repair the muscles that

have been affected by past paralysis.
