I am so glad Larry wrote this because that was my next question. I was wondering about this connection with endorphins and sleeping time etc. Because I usually go to sleep around midnight, not9 pm. I was wondering if i should take it right before I go to bed? Usually when i get into bed I fall asleep fast. If I took it at 9 pm there woud still be 3 hours before i would be asleep.

Re: [low dose naltrexone]" Aletha"new to group - questions forautistic child

LDN is to be given at bedtime. We have been dispensing it from our pharmacy since the late 90's and I'm not aware that a specific time is needed. LDN's activity is based on the person's natural circadian rhythm and that depends on the cycle that a person develops themself. That basic rhythm chages as we age. The goal is to use the dose close to the time of sleep.Larry J.
