Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Yep it's me again with another question. Knowledge is power right? *grin* I just wondered how it was determined that ldn should be taken between 9pm and 3am. I mean how does one measure when ldn gets into the body and starts working at a certain time? Are we all one size fits all in regards to our endorphins or lack there of. Also is there anyway to email people on the list at Dr. Bihari's site? One's who have taken ldn for illness other than ms? I would hate to email anyone without permission and not sure if it's doable. Thanks and Take Care

He worked with Bihari on LDN so he would be best at answering that particular question. Put To Dr. Gluck in the subject line.
Guest guest
Okay I will do that . I just thought you would know having been on it awhile and having family members on it. I must have been one of those kids that always asked Why? Why? Lol! Thanks > > > ======== > > You can go to the LDN site and click Contact Us and email your questions about the time and endorphins to Dr. Gluck. Guest guest
, As to how they came about using 9pm to 3am on the time frame of taking LDN I don't know. Only the scientists/doctors who researched it can. Dr. Gluck is one who researched it along with Bihari so he would be good to ask.
Guest guest
Okay thanks ! I did email at the site and got an email back from dgluck. But no answer as to why or I should say how they came about that time frame. I am probably going to drive you nuts but I am experiancing some weird symptoms. My hands and feet have a numb like feeling to them. Hands feel similiar to wearing oven mitts. Also that creepy feeling like something is crawling inside of me. I remember reading your ms can get worse before it gets better. That this isnt an exacerbation its transient. The eye I had optic neuritis in is more blurry. Is it common to experiance things like this? If yes does it last long? I am thinking this must mean the drug is doing something! Thanks again > , > > As to how they came about using 9pm to 3am on the time frame of taking LDN I don't know. Only the scientists/doctors who researched it can. I just rode the quirky symptoms out and all's been great since.
Guest guest
Wow! I am not doing the me too thing here, but I have had pain in my calves also. I didn't mention it because it wasn't a biggie and I didn't want to sound like a hyperchondriac. *blushing* This is too weird. It does make me feel like it is doing something. Thanks for putting up with me. Take Care > ======= > > I had numb hands for the first several weeks on LDN and that faded and I had added stiffness in the calves of my legs for 3 months and that faded. > > I just rode the quirky symptoms out and all's been great since. > > >
