Donna,

Dilute it with lemonade or limeade - add spices that we already know are

good for you...

a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, ginger, a cardamom pod, etc - a 1/8 tsp {or a pinch}

of cayenne adds a li'l zing, too...

....can really be rather tasty - try it...
