In response to your advertisement, I would just like to respond as a newly

graduated PT, who has just accepted a similar position, with similar

requirements.

YOU ARE NOT CRAZY TO THINK THAT THERE ARE SUCH PHYSICAL THERAPISTS OUT

THERE!

As a new graduate, I (and other classmates) have struggled with the job

competition of therapists boasting their " 5 years of experience " . I'm sure

you have already made the consideration, but please pass this on to others

in the management role in your region: consider new graduates who come from

a highly skilled program!

As a generalization, you will find new graduates are more motivated,

flexible, and willing to give what it takes have an effect our patients and
