Guest guest Posted August 24, 2003 Report Share Posted August 24, 2003 Hi Hun, Yea I'm a Nurse as well. My Blood Sugar yo yo's. right now at midnight it's 124. Sometimes it's as low as 20 or 30. Others 200 or over. I have been boarder line Hypo hyper all my life. But the Docs think it's trying to move to the diabetic side now. I try to control it with diet however it seems the less sugar I eat it goes up LOL. I have always been opposite on everything. LMAO! I can be dying and my blood work will show perfect. Some times I will be feeling great and they check y blood sock me in the hospital because my system has depleted all neutrients from my blood and it;s like water LMAO. So who know what normal is for me????? He has cancer and they had to remove half of his pancreas which was 2 years ago. But for some reason it now has decided to do only half of it's job. It took a long time and alot of medication changes but finally this month it seems to finally be in the right range. But his was over 300 at times.
