( 3 too little, 4.5 too much ) > > What is your experience? > > In general I feel good on LDN. > > Stavros > ========= It's the dose that halts your MS progression that's the most important but also if you feel nausea for a prolonged period on 4.5mg then you should back down to the dose that doesn't cause the nausea. If you get mild increased symptoms ride them out for a few months to see if they fade away before backing down dose...if increased symptoms are severe back down dose sooner. Just remember, we have all sorts of meds out there that have to be adjusted to fit the patient and LDN is no different. Neurontin has to be adjusted to fit the patient...Pain meds, muscle relaxers, seizure meds, blood pressure meds, etc...all have to be adjusted to fit the patient.
