Hi ,

just curious: do you still have flare-ups of itching ?

I have been off P for almost 3 months and still have itching. I helps me to avoid carbs, and to go to bed early. But I still itch a lot.

Hi . My compounder makes his own base which is safe for vaginal use as well. He does not use the standard PCCA base cream. I think for me too much unopposed E makes my cortisol whacky and then it causes me to have dermatitis. Just a theory mind you... Hey girl, I keep seeing referrences to rashes and dermatitis with low thyroid too..........have you recked yours ??? Know WP wacked mine, I am doing 1/2 gn. nature throid and seems to help for now:)) I added a dot of P last night too, my first in 2 months. Still have my stripe.

Yes. I still get the flair ups of the dermatitis on the top of my left hand. It goes from being really bad to clearing up. Have no clue how this could be but seems to do better when I add small amounts of P. Go figure. I am awaiting a delivery of Oestrogel from Masters Marketing. We will see if that makes a difference. Hey --

Masters Marketing is FAST!! I got my Estrogel already and I just put

the order in last week! They are faster than Del Norte! I'm

wondering about this dermatitis thing. And Charlotte -- maybe

depending on how long we were using the PCCA creams depends on how

quickly we get rid of the dermatitis. I got a flareup even though I

was off all of Wiley creams and on OO. So I don't know what to make

of it. Again, maybe we are getting these itching problems with our

hormones not balancing properly instead of ingredients in the PCCA

cream. Could it be?

Well get this, I have been SLOWLY adding P on a few days. For some

reason, the OO P goes in way too fast and gives me problems! I was

only using 6.25 mgs of it and I know that is nowhere near enough to

protect the uterus. But I would get pain and FAT overnight! So I

switched to the Wiley P over the weekend and I got up to 50 mgs

yesterday with no adverse reactions! In fact, it made me calmer

thank God! What P is SUPPOSED to do.

Can't help it, I just love the way the Wiley Protocol is packaged.

Received my shipment of Oestrogel today

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to hear how ya do on it:)) . I seem to need less E now that I'm on nature throid, just 1/2 gn. I've been on a climra patch, but they only last one day, it's a joke,lollol. I bet I will be in the Oestergelly club soon too. My thyroid looks good on tests, but I was so tired and still had hair falling out, those usually go away with enough E, but didn't. They are better with the roid med,LOL. keep me posted, what a wacky journey STILL, LOLLOL. ) L

My thought exactly. There is an imbalance some where. Wow you got your order quickly. I just got mine today. Although I had it shipped to my office so maybe I would have gotten is Saturday. So are we suppose to use 1 ruler full???? 1 ruler full is 1.5mg correct??? We only use once per day correct??? Other than not an accurate measurement and your bleeding how do you feel on the gel??? 1 stick = 1.5 mg estradiol. A stick should be about as fat as a crayon. One tube last me about a month. If you go through a tube in 2 weeks, then you'll know that you used a kindergarten fat crayon instead of a 1st grade regular crayon. I use mine once a day. I feel no surges, rushes, and other wild things as I've read here etc. I quit when I start a period and stay off it until the bleed stops or 1 week, which ever is earlier. I'm starting to find that it takes a full week to start feeling enough E again after my monthly vacation. Next month, I'm going to try using a 1/4 stick through the period.

I have no idea what to tell you. If it were me, I'd go off everything until you settle down. Yes, "fatness" is a guess but I don't think it's too far off. You kinda' gauge from how long a tube lasts. I've been thinking about weighing it out on a postal scale but have never gotten around to it. I'd like to see what size spoon is =.

Hence the need for an applicator! I'm going to ask those Masters

Marketing people about this. I guess that's why the pump is 3x the

price! Anyway, the bleed surge has now stopped. I don't get it.

Weird. I am going to take my 100mg troches again. Bet that's what I

need to balance this estrogel.

How bad would it be to stop E for a week and just use P?

Thanks Val. I have no organs so I am assuming there is no need to take a week off. It looks as if it is relatively easy to measure out the the stick is indented. Just wasn't sure how thick it should be but will think in terms of a regular crayon. Thanks again..... GValarie wrote:

Sorry. I have no organs so I don't know what to tell you about the bleeding. I guess if there is any thing good to be said about having a hyster it would be not having to worry about the bleeding. That is however the only good thing. I hope you get everything under control.

I'd like to see what size spoon

Most hormones that I have seen packaged from local pharmacies are calibrated on 1/4 of a teaspoon = 1 gram or full dose of label.

The way that I measured it out the full "stick" was equal to 1/2 teaspoon. I just measure it into the spoon - much easier for me.
