Guest guest
Hi, Occasionally on yahoo groups the digest members don’t realize they are posting the entire digest when they reply to a post; small housekeeping issue. I have asked Dana to repost her note about finding an endocrinologist as it will be of interest to everyone, I’m sure. I deleted the note with the long digest attached to it and I might have done it before the digest members get it sent to them. ;-) Please don’t reply to the Digest note with the Digest subject header without changing the subject header and trimming the post. It makes lists more manageable when the subject headers reflect the content and the posts are trimmed. It especially makes it easier for the members who get the posts in digest format. LOL ((-: Digest format means that a whole bundle of posts go out in one e-mail. Some people like to get the mail only a few times a day in one big bundle. Others like to read on the group web page. I like all the mail to go into my Outlook In-Box and then have my rules set to sort it and put it into my Rhythmic Living folder so it doesn’t clutter my main in-box. There are many options for receiving notes from the group. Everyone can control how they receive their messaged at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/rhythmicliving/ There is a link near the top in tiny blue letters that says “Edit Membership” Thanks to everyone for cutting, pasting and clipping to make your posts easier to read. Things like that make for an easy-to-read group. Laurel
