Just because an autoimmune disease is not listed on the LDN site doesn't mean LDN doesn't help it...it means that nobody has gone to Dr. Bihari with that particular illness. I am not familiar with Huntington's so do not know if it is an autoimmune system disease. Here's the link to the LDN website that tells about LDN and the doctor who researches LDN.
