Anyone actually had a patient attempt to blackmail you with the threat of giving you a negative review on the internet if you don't give them a medication that they want. And they refuse to go for psychiatric evaluation and what they want is, say, adderall or something. I mean a new patient that you have never seen before. We just had that happen.
