Guest guest
, You always have such helpful and information. I recently had a lot of stress and started to suffer from high blood pressure. At the moment I still use half a tablet every second day of high blood pressure medication (ACE inhibitor), as well as 1.5mg melatonin in the evenings. Can you take melatonin if you have high blood pressure? Thank you, Petro [low dose naltrexone] Re: LDN & Glyco News to Doc >> > ========= > > Get back on the LDN IMMEDIATELY!! Speak to your pharmacist about your BP medication and melatonin. A way to get natural melatonin is to drink Red Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate from the healthfood store. My mom buys the Brownwood Acres Red Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate. Put in your search engine Brownwood Acres Red Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate for their website. My mom drinks her cherry juice around 8pm. She's using it as a form of cancer preventative along with her LDN.
Guest guest
, does the tart cherry juice help your mother sleep? I've been taking Ambien for about two years now, because my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep has been affected by MS. I'm curious about melatonin, but reluctant to try yet ANOTHER supplement... I've never had a problem with it and I'm not aware of any warnings and/or reasoning why there could/should be a problem. The body naturally makes melatonin. -- Steve - dudescholar1@... Guest guest
Steve, there are warnings out there for blood pressure meds and melatonin. Natural melatonin and pill melatonin are quite different. Check with your pharmacy about your BP meds and melatonin.

Would take that tornado warning siren at the edge of her back yard going off to wake her but she's always slept pretty good. She drinks an 8 ounce glass every night before bed. She adds a little Stevia sweetener to it.
