could someone help me out here 'cause I don't seem able to locate the answer ~

having a hip and knee that have become the source of great PAIN I've begun to

take CMO orally and have ordered the CMO Creme ~ if I want to use DMSO at the

sites how do I do this ~ creme or DMSO which is first...?
