Awww... thank you so much . I'm a determined person so if I set my mind

to do something, I usually don't back off :) I have gained quite a bit of

weight though throughout my pregnancy. I'm now in my 31st week and I've gained

25 pounds. But, it doesn't bother me in the least because I feel it's out of

my hands :) I'm exercising and eating healthy (for the most part) which is all

I can do, so I just have to smile and take the pounds as they land :) Thank

you so much for the e-mail. I am feeling very good so far throughout this

pregnancy and hope it lasts for the remainder!! My baby is due October 15th

and I'm getting very very excited!!

Darcy who did BL7 last night and had a great workout :)

Darcy,
All I can say is " WOW " !!!!!! You are totally amazing! I am going to try to do
more workouts, more often! I am in awe of you doing Taebo that often while
pregnant! I bet your doctor thinks that's great! Have you gained much
weight? You will lose it quickly afterwards I'm sure!!! You are a great
inspiration! If you can work out like that pregnant, then none of us have any
excuse for not working out! When is your baby due? Thank you for answering my
post! I just am so proud of you!!!!!!!!
hugs,
,

you are so correct about other things seeming humdrum after trying

taebo. I took a step class at my gym the other day and went through

the whole class thinking " when is the warmup gonna end " . Although I

don't feel that I got the quality of cardio that I get from taebo, in

retrospect, I must admit that it did something cause my calves are

SCREAMING right now.

Toni-who vows to NEVER EVER EVER waste her lunch break taking a step

class at the local gym again...lol

My current workout is giving me some nice scuplted

and toned muscles. It is not helping much with the 5

pounds I want to loose, but I probably need to be

tighter with my diet than I am. I'm sure my workouts

are keeping me from gaining weight. I'm doing pretty

well zoning, but too often chocolate sneaks in. I

highly recommend you fine tune your diet if you want

to get optimal results. When I eat " cleanly " , I do

look better (like I'd like to look). Right now I look

pretty good, but there is that layer of fat in the the

trouble areas that cover up all of my hard work.

Kerri

who knows what means about the treadmill being

boring - the 20 minutes I did yesterday on the nordic

track (while watching TV) felt like an eternity, while

the 30 minute GRBpurple workout I did afterwards felt

much shorter

Oh, I'm sure you guys will be sick of babies by the time I'm donw w/ ya ;) I

also owe you some belly shots! I'll try to get them scanned and posted within

a week or so :)

Darcy who skipped Tae-Bo but push-mowed our steep lawn for 2 hours

yesterday..... wow, I could barely walk I was so tired in the end (hubby will

be thrilled when he gets home and sees one thing less he has to do)
