Marcie, You may want to back down to 3.0mg to see if your tremors improve. Just a thought since Amy brought up her experience. 4.5mg may be too strong. I take 2.5mg right now because even at 3mg I have a lot of problems with feeling like I am going to crawl out of my skin. I even took 4.5mg for about 3 weeks but finally realized that I feel better at 2.5mg. I know that I have heard that a person may not get benefit from anything under 3mg but I know that I have felt better than I have for a long time.
