Guest guest
Three years ago, i received news that our dog has weakened and is dying. She is 14 years old. When we went home the following year, i asked the gardener who keeps watch of property and dogs to feed her coconut meat. Voila!!! She regained her strength back, is walking and is eating a lot now. Can't believe the sudden change. Went home this last holiday season and she is still doing fine. Uly, try to give your dog coconut meat or coconut oil. Also try to find a way to mix turmeric powder in the dog's food. Turmeric is known to be good for arthritis, and is also a pain killer for humans. Maybe mixing it in grated coconut meat would be good. Try this on your dog. See how she will fare in two week's time. > > > > > > > > Hi Uly, > > > > > > > > I'm sorry but have forgotten Chief's original diagnosis. Was it > > arthritis? > > > > By a vet? Guest guest
Hi Tita, I assume when you say coconut meat you mean the white inside the coconut? I hope there are no animals called coconuts lol I have heard of coconut being benificial to dogs and people with artritis. What was your dog weakend from? my health shop I think has organic coconut oil? That might do? I have Tumeric in the cupboard...not sure if that is good quailty or not?
