I recall that. I think that is a 'yes', Bob. It may be that it is done

by transporting a BS-distilled water solution thru the skin by mixing it

with 70% DMSO?

Dr Simoncini of Italy used a BS solution of_8.8 pH_ to deliver via

catheter to tumors to kill them. But this was a direct injection via

catheter directly to the tumor. He used a radiologist to guide the

catheter to the tumor and then left same for duration of treatment.

(Am guessing that without dietary changes a person might have a relapse

with a tumor appearing somewhere else)

For what it's worth department, I had help from my pharmacy dock, I wished

to use cimentidine, aka tagamet on skin cancers. He looked it up in his

book, told me to mix it first with water into a thick paste, which dissolved

it, then add the paste to DMSO, which I did and applied it directly to the

skin cancer, basal cell or perhaps squamous cell. Don't know which they

were, and they were skin cancer, I have previously had some ten or more

removed by dermo dock, but it worked well. Cimentidine is a controlled

substance, don't understand why, as it is sold over the counter as tagamet,

real inexpensive. It can also be purchased as a liquid for kids. I chose

to use tagamet, as it has been used successfully treating colon cancer,

don't know how it is used.

I have had problems keeping the baking soda dissolved in the solution. Seems

that it wants to become a solid in the bottom of the container. Any suggestions

as to what might be wrong?

I think Garnet wrote about this once. If memory serves, you will have

some of that, but some will be transported thru the pores via the DMSO .

I found this:

Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate or NaHCO3.

(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_bica… So in the animation you can just

pretend that the Cl- is actually HCO3-.

One thing to keep in mind about dissolving is that since there are a limited

number of water molecules and it takes several molecules of water to dissolve an

individual molecule of sodium bicarbonate, only a certain amount of sodium

bicarbonate can be dissolved in water. Try it in a small glass of water. The

water can only dissolve a certain amount... after which the sodium bicarbonate

will no longer dissolve.

However, if you heat of the water then more can dissolve. Why? Well, because the

water molecules are more willing to spread themselves out and attached to

components of the solute.

Try this... Stick a small glass of water in the microwave until it is really

hot. Take it out of the microwave (remember it is HOT) Dissolve more baking soda

in the water until no more can dissolve (you must do this slowely). Now

carefully put the glass in the fridge. Let it cool. If the glass is undisturbed

then it the NaHCO3 will remain dissolved and the water will be super-saturated.

Even you even just bump the glass the immediately a large quantity of NaHCO3

will emerge from the water in crystalline form. It is sweet!!!

It works well with other solutes as well, such as sugar!

OK, it's sounding like I should dissolve baking soda into room temp

distilled water to saturation then use that to combine with DMSO.

I will use urea in the formula to prevent skin irritation. Right now I'm

thinking of making it this way: first, mix equal parts urea and water in a

blender, then add a third part DMSO to that, let all that dissolve.

The fourth part will be a saturated solution of baking soda into DW, to be

combined with the first solution. I don't yet know what the ratio of baking

soda will be in the final product, I'll have to measure it and dissolve it

to saturation and then do the math.

BTW, the purpose of this exercise is to develop a way to get baking soda

through the skin without being metabolized by the digestive system or

otherwise changed and/or randomly distributed by the circulatory system, in

order to kill a fungus in a specific area of the body.

Why would you want to take baking soda through your skin? Wouldn't it be better

to dissolve in water and lemon juice and take orally. I do this every morning

for a long time with no ill effects. I mix some magnesium chloride (oil) with

DMSO for skin application.

Sorry, forgot to say that Dr Mark Sircus advocates baking soda orally and says

it's just as good as intravenous for cancer. He has miles of stuff online. He's

big on magnesium chloride as well.

Dr Mark Sircus is a good read. Interesting the other things that can be used

(ACV and BS, Lemon juice and BS, Lime juice and BS and possibly even Honey and

BS). Simple and effective. Have to try some of these.

I would think that you take the BS mixture on an empty stomach, not hear when

you eat. Allow it to pass through the stomach by a couple hours before eating

might be one way to do it. I haven't seen anything on when to best take a mix.

However, mixing the BS with acid (ACV, lemon juice, line juice, etc) might tend

to cancel the anti-acid affects in the stomach. Just a guess.
