Hi Sharon

I hear your struggle. I am there, too. Just not symptomatic like you have been,

but I still understand the struggle to find freedom from what you know ails you.

One thing that has been absolutely one of the most beneficial tools to me has

been Kulish's magnets. His website is biomagscience.com and the Wellness

Kit is what I bought to start treating my body with the energy of magnets. I am

not " all the way " yet, but I can't say enough about magnets, properly placed on

the body to produce many varied desired results. Sometimes the body needs to be

jump-started because it is just not responding to all the changes we have made

toward getting healthy. Magnets do just that. They jump-start the body, giving

it energy to do what it is designed to do.  I have been wearing these magnets

in different ways since March and have seen several things respond that were

just stuck and not responding to all the good things I was doing.

What else is really good about magnets is they work on a passive level. You just

place them and forget about them until you want to change their placements.

Another thing I am doing now that I know is helping me is I am addressing the

body's need for good bacteria and repopulation of the gut and digestive system.

I really should have had this knowledge at the start of my journey, but it just

was not enough of an understood issue to me to look into it further back then.

But now I am making and drinking kombucha and kefir. This kind of thing is so

important. If you have not included fermented food into your diet, look there.

But look into healthy ferments: not beer and wine and store-bought vinegary

products.

U might consider taking metformin, I just read an article this AM, as to

effectiveness against the return of cancer. Something to ponder.

I have had super all over affect of taking 200mgs of iodine, and a

tablespoon of DMSO daily, it has fixed my ten other ailments, I still may

have leukemia, but it must be in remission at the moment. Anywho was taking

ALA and liking it, but it was mentioned it may feed yeast, which seems to be

my nemesis, so I am taking the above, metformin.

and pleased with that.

I also use LDN, low dose naltrrexone, which is a solid immune system

modulator, works much better than human growth hormone, at keeping my

numbers up, and numbers I like against cancer. Iodine is posed to balance my

body ph, which is good, it is also posed to detox it of you guessed it,

toxins. But it takes forever and two days, I have been at it for eight weeks

at that dose, I found using DMSO, that improves the saturation of my body

with iodine, I still have tiny little indicators, some of mysterious

diseases are still there, most like no causing a problem, but they are

fractions still present, and hoping it finishes off the job. if not it will

certainly keep them in abeyance.

Also a swig or two of aleo vera juice is helpful of my digestive tract, when

I can remenber to take it.

All for you to ponder and reach out to, if you are of the mindset.

I have a couple days gone by, started using MSM, instead of DMSO with

iodine, I am hoping my smell is better publicly accepted. I think it will do

all that DMSO was doing, this AM, I got a nice warm feeling in my tummy

after taking my iodine cocktail, and it was pleasing. I take six grams, have

no clue on how much I should be taking, but it will work itself out,

hopfully.

yes, Lyn knows from her own experience. Magnets will go where nothing else can.

At some point you cannot ingest any more 'stuff' bcz the body is too weak to

process it. The battery runs low and everything you put into your mouth does

little good, or causes another round of difficulties. It's like your body has

locked up. What helps others makes you sick as a dog.

After hepA and biliary stones I bacame sensitive to Everything, even water. It's

taken me nearly 10 yrs to figure this out, and I'm a very intelligent woman.

Information on the web is not always accurate or complete, so you follow the

wrong path for awhile, believing it makes perfect sense, but nothing works.

Even so, you can come back with proper care, but drugs, ferments, herbals, and

supps are dangerous to you now, as I'm sure you already know. Rife can't do

this energizing work bcz they don't understand the Syndrome. has alot of

experience and can help you recover. The sad state of medical research makes

our journey frustrating, but the best PRs are catching on to the syndrome of

Electromagnetic Deficiency and the infection-neuro-inflammation that goes with

it. MCS is always this.

Go for the Magnets. Wearing a very strong one at the sternum has resolved

cancer in clinical studies. .. but it 's more complicated than this. I wear one

24/7 without a problem, but until I started sleeping on a cheapie grounding pad,

I was getting nowhere fast, and that magnet made me feel Awful. After you get

the heartfield, cells and mitochondria charged up, .. then the biochemic methods

will finally work. Body Wisdom (de novo synthesis) is ignored daily by

well-meaning practitioners who don't understand this physiologic law.

www.electronix.com/antistatic-mat-30-42-p-19039.html (30 x 42) Can be

centered on a queen bed 10 " down from the headboard. I put mine under the

fitted sheet. They say to use these at the foot of the bed, but that does

nothing for me. You pull out the alligator clip and put the ground into a 3-way

prong that tests 'grounded'. .. right in the single hole. Your husband will

likely know what this means if you don't. This pad has 4 places you can put on

the snap-cord, which goes into the nearest outlet to the headboard. It's not

very long, but the coil will stretch quite a bit. A very inexpensive fix. I

sleep like a rock, but it took a couple days to get used to it.

Best of wishes to you Sharon. ---tls

Hi Sharon,

I don’t know if this is of any interest to you, but something I found that

helps with absorbing nutrients/vitamins (supplements and food) was taking

Betaine HCL. Here’s an extract and a link from one article re Vit B12

Pernicious Anemia is a form of Megaloblastic Anemia due to Vitamin B12

deficiency dependent on impaired absorption of Vitamin B12 in the setting

Atrophic Gastritis, and more specifically the prevention of the Stomachs

Parietal Cells from producing HCL. The Presentation of Pernicious Anemia

resembles that of any other form of Anemia, but is often accompanied by

manifestations of Vitamin B12 deficiency (notably neurological abnormalities

such a peripheral neuropathy), as well as by other manifestation of

autoimmune atrophic gastritis. Most commonly, the cause for impaired binding

of Vitamin B12 by the Intrinsic Factor is autoimmune Atrophic Gastritis, in

which Autoantibodies are directed against the Stomachs Parietal Cells

(resulting in their loss) as well as against the Intrinsic Factor itself

(rendering it unable to bind Vitamin B12). Less frequently, loss of the

Stomachs Parietal Cells may simply be part of a widespread Atrophic

Gastritis of non-autoimmune origin, such as that frequently occurring in

elderly people affected with long-standing chronic Gastritis of any cause

(including Helicobacter Pylori infection). Gastric Parietal Cell Antibodies

are present in 95% of Patients with Pernicious Anemia and up to 30% in Iron

Deficiency Anemia. These antibodies are also found in association with

Thyroid Disease. The occurrence of the Gastric Parietal Cell Antibodies

increases with the aging process. This condition results in the complete

loss of the First Stage of Digestion. Un-converted Protein, which contains

Allergens, is passed through the Stomach, without the benefit of

sterilization or emulsification, creating numerous Allergies, and other

ailments. Pernicious Anemia results in Achlorhydria, the complete loss of

HCL production and Pepsin in the Stomach. The Immune System has little or no

support. Achlorhydira and Pernicious Anemia is most prevalent in the latter

stages of HIV Patients.

The whole article is extremely interesting and will explain better than I

how low stomach acid can result in us now suffering from so many ailments.

Here is another article relating to Gallbladder symptoms which I know has

been discussed here. The one thing I don’t agree with about this article

is that they offer the alternative of using apple cider vinegar but in fact,

this encourages yeast so I opt for the Betaine HCL

Hi Sharon,

Two major suggestions for you:

1. Cleanse ( & cleanse, detoxify, & cleanse some more!)

2. Nourish your body as deeply as possible.

A third suggestion is to be very conscious about always staying well hydrated,

and to upgrade the quality of your water, striving always for the purest,

cleanest, most unadulterated drinking and bathing water you can find, that's

preferably free of chlorine, fluoride and any other contaminants that are often

found in municipal tap water.

As for cleansing, liver/gall bladder flushes, ala Hulda e or s

Moritz, are really effective for supporting and encouraging the body's own

healing intelligence to recover from from chronic illnesses, and for generally

helping the body to function better.

Colon hydrotherapy and enemas are great for clearing out and cleansing the

bowel.

Coffee enemas are especially beneficial for supporting improved liver function

and for moving bile, which often contains all manner of toxins, and in many

chronically ill folks is very thick, congealed or otherwise stagnated with

calcified stones and chaff etc, preventing its proper flow.

Believe it or not, many people have also found urine retention enemas to be very

therapeutic in helping the body to heal from stubborn illnesses. These are done

using one's own urine that is collected through the course of the day and

refrigerated (in glass or other non reactive vessels) until the desired amount

has been saved, then warmed to body temperature, taken rectally via enema and

retained until as much as possible has been reabsorbed through the colon wall

into the body.

Deep nourishment includes eating whole, wholesome foods grown in clean,

uncontaminated, mineral rich soils and/or derived from animals that are raised

humanely and fed properly on pasture/grass - ie NOT factory farmed CAFO

concentration camp antiboitic ridden GMO soy/grain fed animals.

Raw and or cultured full fat dairy products from grass fed animals are healthy,

nutrient dense foods.

Contrary to what our culture has been programmed to think during the past

decades about saturated dietary fats and cholesterol rich foods being bad for

our health, the truth is that these foods are actually very good for us! As

long, of course, as they are derived from animals that are properly raised,

cared for and fed.

Eggs from pastured chickens that are truly free range so they eat bugs and grubs

as well as grass are an excellent choice.

Organ meats from the aforementioned humanely raised and properly fed animals are

a fantastic source of concentrated nourishment, as are bone broths cooked from

the bones of pastured land animals and fowl, and/or bones/shells from wild

caught fish/shellfish.

Wild game is super nutritious, as is most wild seafood, as long as we eat it in

moderation and steer clear of large fish that are high up on the food chain and

bioaccumulate toxins such as mercury in their flesh.

Cod liver oil is another super nourishing food that's full of deep nutrition our

bodies require for good health.

Fresh, organically, locally and seasonally grown produce is far superior,

nutritionally speaking, to conventionally available produce, particularly if it

is grown biodynamically and/or on mineral rich soils.

Any sort of wild foods or herbs you can find, especially if you respectfully

hand harvest them yourself, such as wild dandelion greens or roots, nettles,

burdock root, clover blossoms and medicinal mushrooms etc, are especially rich

in phytonutrients. When consumed either as foods or as teas/tinctures/medicines

etc, these botanicals generously confer their vitality, deep nutrition and

robustness to us in spades.

And as Lyn mentioned, all different kinds of ferments, which are rich in

naturally occurring probiotics, enzymes and vitamins, are an incredibly

important part of a healthful, nutrient dense diet.

The Weston A. Price organization has some fantastic information on nutrient

dense foods. Here are a couple of links to related websites based in your area:

http://nourishinghamilton.blogspot.com/

http://www.butterbelle.ca/

Algae such as chlorella, spirulina, marine phytoplankton and red gigartina are

packed with nutrition, and have the added benefit of being incredibly cleansing

for the body, as are seaweeds such as dulse, kelp, arame and nori etc.

Tonic or adaptogenic herbs, such as astragalus, ashwagandha, eleuthero,

rhodiola, reishi mushroom and many more are all incredibly safe for most

everyone to take long term, and when taken over time do wonders help to support

improved immune and endocrine function, while gently but powerfully working to

restore homeostasis so as to strengthen and empower the body's own innate

healing intelligence.

You might also consider looking into taking chaga, which is a medicinal mushroom

that grows wild in Canada, has been used as a folk remedy by traditional peoples

for ages, and has remarkably potent and proven anti-cancer properties:

http://www.gardenology.org/wiki/Chaga_mushroom

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20607061

HTH give you some new ideas, and best of health to you!

Oh My thank you to everyone for all the questions and information.

I will try to respond as succinctly as possible which often is difficult for me

as my mind loves details.

See below for most of my answers to all who wrote today.

Hi Lin;

Thank you for you empathetic answer.

I have just become symptomatic except for the horrendous Chemical Sensitivities

- the last five years started off with the 2 heart attacks out of the blue -

mind you I still think of Bartonella a Lyme co-infection might have helped the

process no previous anything to make one think there was a problem.

I was so lucky.

Appreciate this information I will check into it.

Another thing I am doing now that I know is helping me is I am addressing the

body's need for good bacteria and repopulation of the gut and digestive system.

I have a large number of probiotics within my new protocol. My EI doctor also

added Butyrate to my world at our last meeting which will help.

I do enjoy kefir but not utilize kombucha. I am fortunate that I have an elder

uncle who is an amazing herbalist who has an organic chemistry background. He

eats totally raw at 81 and still plays badminton twice a week. Most of his diet

revolves around light fermentation of raw ingredients.

I am not totally raw but have tried to add more raw things to our diet. I also

make a lightly fermented Reservatol from spring shoots of Japanese Knotweed

which grows will not too far away as per his recipe. He was using wild grapes

until I introduced him to knotweed.

I hope to do like you and level my pH similarly.

Later this week when I go for my high dose vit C IV - I am having a look at my

started taking Olive leaf decoction I had made prior to starting the LDN to take

down my Candida/Parasites etc.

Wanted to see if it helped. It tasted bad enough it should have.

I have been taking MSM for years on my EI doctors advice. It is an AOR product

Yes - I do use Aloe for many things.

Because of my record with poor nutrient absorption I am looking into DMSO as a

Obviously that's not true.

Interestingly with only 25 years of Lyme and a severe chemical sensitivity; in

the back of my mind I figured it wasn't if I'd get cancer but when. I have tried

Machine) about what they'd recommendfor Rife frequencies for cancer. I do have a

copy of his cancer protocol and do utilize parts.

I hope you'll share what you discover with our groups. We're all in this

together and you are so welcome.Go well, be well, Léna

I will try - though my tendency is to read - nor will answers be this long..

I have had 25 years taking back my health after Iwas chemically injured - like

you severely sensitive to the world - why we live north and isolated.

Information on the web is not always accurate or complete, so you follow the

wrong path for awhile, believing it makes perfect sense, but nothing works.

I am very fortunate like I mentioned to have a wonderful rare Environmental

Doctor just 8 hours drive away. She herself took up this corner of medicine

adding more study to her basic MD after succumbing to a chemical exposure

herself. I will look into all the information you have mentioned re: magnets. I

do understand what you are talking about. Appreciate your thoughts.

Thank you

The whole article is extremely interesting and will explain better than I how

low stomach acid can result in us now suffering from so many ailments.

Jayne - Appreciate your taking time to share this with me - it is an area we

checked into a few years back - things were doing reasonably well at that time

but will make a notation and bring it up again in case things need rechecking.

Thank you

1. Cleanse ( & cleanse, detoxify, & cleanse some more!)

2. Nourish your body as deeply as possible.

Amazingly I have been doing exactly this for over 15 years up here in the

boonies and to a lesser degree 10 years previous to that. We have always grown

most of our own food organically - composted long before most knew the word.

Major problem evolved just b-4 we learnt of the cancer - when I became suddenly

bothered by many foods to the point either the smell or taste made me physically

ill - at 65 I know I am not pregnant < big grin>

I thought this would change when the tumor was removed - unfortunately not - I

do manage one meal a day - but one of the things which disappeared was my

enjoyment of all vegetables except for a small few. I circumvented this with an

organic liquid greens drink which one TBLSPN = 5 servings of green vegetables. I

mix this with Chaga which I make myself. (we live far enough north that the air

is reasonably clean and all things I wild harvest are easily procured.)

I do have an INFAR sauna and have been detoxing heavy metals and all sorts of

toxins for years.

Being in the midst of our own 100 acre+ forest in the northern boonies with few

neighbours we have an never ending supply of perfect artisian fed well water. It

is run through an UV light to make sure that during spring run off there are no

bacteria - it is delicious. I am actually allergic to the chemicals in town/city

water.

As for cleansing, liver/gall bladder flushes, ala Hulda e or s

Moritz, are really effective for supporting and encouraging the body's own

healing intelligence to recover from from chronic illnesses, and for generally

helping the body to function better.

Have followed Hulda es thoughts for years - her death was the world's loss.

Deep nourishment includes eating whole, wholesome foods grown in clean,

uncontaminated, mineral rich soils and/or derived from animals that are raised

humanely and fed properly on pasture/grass.

I am well versed in raising organic food - we live in an area where wild game

and wild fish are still plentiful. We have friends who raise organic beef,

goats, chickens etc nearby - who also use an organic abattoir. We used to raise

our own chickens.

Any sort of wild foods or herbs you can find, especially if you respectfully

hand harvest them yourself, such as wild dandelion greens or roots, nettles,

burdock root, clover blossoms and medicinal mushrooms etc, are especially rich

in phytonutrients. When consumed either as foods or as teas/tinctures/ medicines

etc, these botanicals generously confer their vitality, deep nutrition and

robustness to us in spades.

Over the past 12 years I have added a great deal more info to my already large

base about wild foraging from our forest in both nutritional and medicinal

areas.

I also have become reasonably knowledgeable about making my own

medicines/teas/tinctures when ever possible. As my educational background

allowed my plant knowledge to continue to grow especially in those two areas

quite easily.

ie: I harvest my own new fresh young shoots of Japanese Knotweed which grow

wild near our acreage. As the strong reservatol base that is hidden within this

plant can only come out through distillation - I make a light fermented drink

with the raw harvested shoots. It actually quite refreshing and tasty.

I am now managing to keep one well rounded meal a day in my stomach which is

better than prior to the operation - one of the things which disappeared was my

enjoyment of all vegetables except for a small few.

(one of the reasons that transdermal use for DMSO was/is part of my newest

interest)

I circumvented my non- appetite with an organic liquid greens drink which one

TBLSPN = 5 servings of green vegetables. I mix this with Chaga which I make

myself. (we live far enough north that the air is reasonably clean and all

things I wild harvest are easily procured.)

I was also adding a Lung Formula from my Naturopath which was similar to Easiac

tea but now that I have wild harvested all the ingredients to make the tea

decoction I am having it instead - also at a much better price ;-)

I purchase a wonderful organic mushroom mix which a local mushroom lady makes

which is also part of my new protocol. She has started to teach me about our

many medicnal mushrooms. Belief me I do understand all that you have mentioned

about eating nutritionally dense foods or drinking them I often do this as my

stomach seems not to get nauseated with drinks - all very weird. I have a twin

auger Green Star Juicer which allows me to do all sorts of wild greens plus

things like wheat and oat grass to juice - I designed and we built a winter

growing room for greens which requires no heat until we reach - 20. Thus we can

enjoy fresh greens for salads and stir fries all winter. Even manage a small

orange crop each year which for a cold zone 4b is darn good.

HTH give you some new ideas, and best of health to you! Elan

Thank you to everyone who took time to respond today. so appreciated plus you

I have taken LDN transdermally using DMSO. You may want to

join the Any Other Dose Naltrexone list if you have not already.

I have posted about my experiences with the above on this and

various LDN lists, the main group and then started the AODN

group.

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Any_Other_Dose_LDN

Long story short I found that at 4.5 mg per dose I was reacting

as if I had taken 45 mg. Reason is that DMSO Enhanced TD by

passes the first pass through the liver that happens with oral dosing.

Colon cleansing and liver flushing are pretty basic to health if you

have not already done those processes as well as loading up with

high count probiotics.
