HINCKLEY'S CONDITION MENTAL HEALTH

Hinckley was originally from the town where I now live. He was under treatment with a doctor well known in this area for whacking his patients out on a cocktail of psychotropic drugs. was heavily medicated when he tried to shoot the president. I wonder how the drugs played a role in what he did.
