Guest guest
I understood that eye puffiness related to the condition of the kidneys, but often the simplicity of the sun sign cell salt will help long standing issues like this - Nat Mur 12x + Ferr Phos 12x (if available otherwise 6x) TDS for a month would probably be helpful - Nat Mur first came to mind & it fits such a swelling. Grounding, like walking on the earth BUT keeping the feet warm at all times, going to bed early & getting up early, drinking pure water rather than any alcohol - for a month anyway, wearing natural fibers, having a grounding mat when using the computer. Remembering to rest the eyes for a few minutes each hour, relaxing the shoulders & the face while sitting at the pc. Drinking leaf tea rather than tea bags or coffee. Trialing these tips for a month and if they work then only adding back the omissions gently & slowly. Reduction in the swelling would indicate improvement in kidney function. Guest guest
The kidney cleanse is a good one, and all of us can benefit from doing at least one of those. Costs more than the liver cleanse tho. Some signs around the eyes can indicate colon/elimination problems too. Usually dark skin and puffines beneath the eyes if memory serves. > > I understood that eye puffiness related to the condition of the > kidneys, but > often the simplicity of the sun sign cell salt will help long standing > issues like this - Nat Mur 12x + Ferr Phos 12x (if available otherwise > 6x) > TDS for a month would probably be helpful - Nat Mur first came to mind > & it > fits such a swelling. > > Grounding, like walking on the earth BUT keeping the feet warm at all > times, > going to bed early & getting up early, drinking pure water rather than > any > alcohol - for a month anyway, wearing natural fibers, having a > grounding mat > when using the computer. Guest guest
One of my naturopath friends last year prescribed leaf tea over tea bags - something she had heard or learned we didn't go into details - but it is SO much nicer - I should research & see if there is any documented reason - but everyone loves the tea when they come here - and I make it in a pot ...... it's much much nicer, apart from any other advantages. Guest guest
IMO, the quality of the tea is higher when purchased as leaf. Much like hamburger is made of what can't be sold as steak, tea bags are made from what can't be sold as leaf.
