You have a right to both correct and *amend* your medical records. I just found this out after finding many, many outright and even vicious errors in my medical records. Always obtain your medical records - you own them - and you might be surprised at what they say about you!

Not to mention, letting the doctors know how we feel about the havoc they wreak on our bodies. We have to live in our bodies, not them!
