Guest guest
How to have your medical records corrected: http://www.cancerlynx.com/correctrecords.html You have a right to both correct and *amend* your medical records. I just found this out after finding many, many outright and even vicious errors in my medical records. Always obtain your medical records - you own them - and you might be surprised at what they say about you! If you wish to have comments placed in your medical records about the derogatory effects of prescription drugs on your body, you may. It is important that you let your voice be heard loud and clear, partly because all your information goes to a Medical Information clearinghouse for all life insurance companies to see. Not to mention, letting the doctors know how we feel about the havoc they wreak on our bodies. We have to live in our bodies, not them! Melody P.S. There are usually state laws you can quote, or federal law HIPAA 104-191.
