Guest guest
; Oh questions for the New Year. already. when you get a chance as i can't get ahold of Pfeiffer til friday anyway or monday. I went to Ma's for supper and had a couple of different mayo salads. no no. anywya. i woke up a few minutes ago with a bad backache (serves me right). I took my acidophlus and the backache is just about gone. Any comments here? It's the left lower and somewhat right lower back in kidney areas that hurt. Would more acidophilus say midmorning be of help here do you think? Also any comments you have on Aloe Vera juice since noni juice was brought up. I bought some quite a while ago and was wondering if this would be of any help or hindrance for overall well being? when you get a chance. Must keep you busy in the New Year of course :-). thank you. janet

The acidophilus may help somewhat with digestion which may take pressure off the kidney area. Also, Aloe Vera may be of help here (I think your intuition is beginnig to kick in quite strongly considering your timing on asking me avout AV). Did you say the other day that you were doing the HY-C yin tonifier? If so, consider taking it twice tomorrow. You said: <<Also any comments you have on Aloe Vera juice since noni juice was brought up. I bought some quite a while ago and was wondering if this would be of any help or hindrance for overall well being?>> ** Aloe Vera juice is a natural antibiotic and anti-inflammatory. It also aids in digestion by encouraging the release of pepsin. It has vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, C, and choline, plus the minerals, calcium, chlorine, copper, germanium, iron, magnesium lactate, manganese, potassium, silicon, sodium, and sulphur. It also contains phytochemicals like the organic acids chrysophanic, salicylic, succinic, and uric, polysaccharides such as acemannen, enzymes such as glutathione peroxidase, and various resins. The golden color AV juice is of better quality than the clear color. I consider it to be of more value than Noni and worth taking if you already have it. Guest guest
Thanks for the Jiffy answers. Yes, i am taking the tonifier. ONe salad was " seafood " which is really processed (yargh) whitefish and the other was deli potato salad. I haven't had problems with my canola oil mayo home made salad with potatoes, celery, green pepper, onions and c. o. mayo. I also had some cold turkey and a half a fresh tomato of the baseball variety. Just water to drink. Doing another chart on drinks improvement. Think i'm way down on soda and coffee and up on water and juice. we shall seee. I just think " brain cancer " every time i look at soda now so that stops me a lot. Coffe is almost always black and half the amount of instant coffee i drank at onset of pill defiance (March 6, 2003). It's nice to see progress in some areas. Also with the smoking. I light as many cigarettes as i used to just about but i don't smoke them. I am often off doing something else while they burn happily away by themselves. Also it was rather amamzing. AT exactly 11:23 am yesterday morning, my depression lifted like a curtain, just like that. It was truly fantastic to see it go so suddenly and unexpectedly. No tmanic either. anxiety way way down. Would rescue remedy help a cat with a cold? or sinus problems? New cat, sick cat. Has upper respiratory problems. Don't know anything about him but he was in the hospital for a week with anti-biotics and seeems only a little better. Very friendly cat. I'd love to let him in the house but i hear colds are very contagious for cats. Thanks again. janet
