Dear Janet,

<<Thanks for the Jiffy answers. Yes, i am taking the tonifier.

ONe salad was " seafood " which is really processed (yargh) whitefish and

the other was deli potato salad. I haven't had problems with my canola

oil mayo home made salad with potatoes, celery, green pepper, onions and

c. o. mayo. I also had some cold turkey and a half a fresh tomato of the

baseball variety. Just water to drink. >>

** I'd say it was either too much salt (already in the processed salads)

or too much protein at one meal. Do you ever get an ammonia smell in your

urine?

<<Doing another chart on drinks improvement. Think i'm way down on soda

and coffee and up on water and juice. we shall seee. I just think " brain

cancer " every time i look at soda now so that stops me a lot. >>

** LOL, that will do the trick!

<<Coffe is

almost always black and half the amount of instant coffee i drank at

onset of pill defiance (March 6, 2003). It's nice to see progress in

some areas.

Also with the smoking. I light as many cigarettes as i used to just

about but i don't smoke them. I am often off doing something else while

they burn happily away by themselves.>>

** Excellent!

<<Also it was rather amamzing. AT exactly 11:23 am yesterday morning, my

depression lifted like a curtain, just like that. It was truly fantastic

to see it go so suddenly and unexpectedly. No tmanic either. anxiety

way way down.>>

** That's a pleasant gift.

<<Would rescue remedy help a cat with a cold? or sinus problems? New cat,

sick cat. Has upper respiratory problems. Don't know anything about him

but he was in the hospital for a week with anti-biotics and seeems only

a little better. Very friendly cat. I'd love to let him in the house but

i hear colds are very contagious for cats.>>

** It's doubtful that RR would help a cat with an upper respiratory

infection. Colloidal silver would be the way to go. You can give it orally

and if you have a cool mist nebulizer you can hold the cat and aim the mist

at it so it has to breathe it. Cats also tolerate aloe vera well and this

would help to support the cat's immune system.

** Try going without the Cherry Plum today or tomorrow. Let's see what

happens.
