Guest guest
Drug companies or Doctors ..............just who should we take action against. I'm in the process of discovery as we call it here. I had a horrendous time when taking Efexor, this drug induced mania and ultimately Epilepsy. I took Serotonin syndrome and was advised by a proper Doctor, in a proper hospital's emergency room to get off the god dam Efexor PDQ. Anyway I was sent off to see the Consultant Quack, trickcyclist at my local loonie bin .......................she agreed that I needed to come down from 300mg Efexor and wrote out an amended script for my GP to issue to me .................great EH! Well I now have sight of the consultants script written in her own handwriting and properly signed and dated .................her idea of a reduction was a swap into Efexor XR and at a dose of 225 mg daily JEEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ the manufactures equivalent dose for my old 300 mg Efexor (standard formulation ) = 150 mg Efexor XR This lady actually increased my dose to an equivalent of 450 mg which is precisely 50% ABOVE the manufactuers maximum. It's enough to drive you mad > I just got turned down for life insurance because of my ELTs and my bad labs! > > I am sick and tired of my doctors accusing me of being a drinker, just because it's a sore subject for them to admit their drugs did this to me. I have not had a drink in over a decade and was never much of a drinker even then. > > How can I sue the makers of Depakote, Tricor, Lipitor, Lopid, and Niacinamide for damage to my liver and organs? Do you know of any class action suits for these drugs? > > Melody
