Guest guest
OK, I just have to ask..I thought that one just takes the cleaned, crushed egg shell itself and soaks it in lemon. The idea of using a whole egg is intriguing.which is better, any ideas? I have taken our shells and ground them up real fine to a powder consistency and sprinkled on oatmeal. Can also be sprinkled on stew and other preparations. Not sure of the absorption rate, but am sure that it is healthy, if a bit gritty at times. Most shells get recycled into the garden to replace minerals lost to production of our veggies.
