Sorry ,

My back is herxing mightily today; very distracting, so editing didn't

happen sitting here. There's no such thing as DMKSO, so don't go

looking for it!

Be well,

Léna

Hey ,

When I began MSM, it just seemed to amplify all the other supps I was

taking, making them works better. I even cut back on some. Like DMKSO,

it seems to help delivery.

Be well,

Léna

Thank you for your help, I see you are taking the more appropriate

dosage.

that sounds a little like me, taking oral DMSO, I was not sure if it was

doing much, so I stopped, although it did seem to do a little

something, it

was questionable how much.

I botched an attempt at taking MSM, got the pills, could not get the

dosage

I should have, but tried for two days, and went back to DMSO. Healthy as

heck, but I stink from DMSO. I have MSM ordered, but takes time, so will

give it another go when it arrives, I am not sure what MSM would do

alone,

but I am wanting it to disperse iodine throughout my bones and help

iodine

cross the brain barrier.

One of the list memebers, Saralou, suggested that MSM was a very good anti

pain med to replace NSAIDS, Since iodine and DMSO, I am well in all areas,

except the small of my back, it does not hurt, it just get firm and stiff,

so it is difficult to swing a golf club.

So I must take ibeprophen, but will give the MSM a try out.

You could have something on the herz, my stiffness in my back is really

different than I have experienced before, new to me. Of course I have never

had to face lyme.

But I could very well, have toxin build up in or around my kidneys, The

iodine docks say take a lot of seasalt and vitamin C to flush it away from

the kidneys, or harm could be done.

Wahoo, a fold up bike, I have seen them on the tele, really neat, I do hope

you enjoy.

On the strength of today's thread about MSM, I made about 500 caps of

it tonight, so I can ramp up more lavishly. (Nsaids don't touch die-

off herxes and just add another burden to the liver to cleanse out) I

also spiked a little fever,(that means my immune system is working

yay!) so maybe this thing is a flare from the full moon. Time will tell.

Yeah! the bikes coming also have an electric power option, for that

bad days or hot hills.

Even though S & C is a strategy for killing Lyme, (and you might want to

check into that site for their really good, proven guidelines) the

number of diagnosed Lymies are FAR outnumbered by those who aren't and

who have other diseases that are often Lyme in disguise. S & C makes a

hostile, uncomfortable environment for pathgen-nasties, and the extra

C helps strengthen veins and arteries.(Plaque in them is actually the

body's attempt to patch weak spots) S & C might be worth looking into,

especially as leukemia does compromise the immune system.(although it

doesn't seem to be slowing you down much)

My girlfriend in vietnam had a neat bike, it was what I called a swhinn,

real thin tall tires, and a tiny little motor mounted on the front that ran

on petro, the size of a loaf of bread, you had to peddle it to get started,

but it would go about thirty clicks, and may have gotten a hundred

killometers per liter. Obvously left over from the french,. I saw many in

Paris a few years later. Wonderful little machines, never saw one in the US.

Lena, I am so very lucky with LDN, it has increased my numbers to the point,

it has been, well since I started LDN, about eighteen months, I have not

been to see my dock in regards to infection or illness, strange you said you

had a fever today, I also had one for a couple hours this afternoon, I was a

bit edgy as I feared it may be a leukemia sweat, but it only lasted a short

while and it was gone. But like you mentioned, good sign the immune system

is at work.

So much for my thoughts on having a load of toxins in my back, ibepro fixes

it right up, so not toxins, thanks for the tip. But your tip came ten

minutes too late, I had aready loaded up with seasalt and took 3 extra grams

of C. oh well. no harm done, most likely they will help.

Someone mentioned you could purchase mag c hex at salt world acquariums, but

no go at our local one, so I shall have to order on line.

For heavens sake, watch out for trolleys when on you motor. david lubbock tx

Hi ,

I got dxed almost 5 years ago: the weaponized Lyme of Plum Island:

Borrellia Bergdorferii, bartonella, babesia, mycoplasma, erhlichia,

and a couple others that slip my over-heated brain today. Got bitten

45 years ago, w-a-a-y before they knew what a bulls-eye rash meant.

L & C? Do you mean S & C?

Salt & C is a proven protocol that really beats back Lyme, is relatively

inexpensive, and very effective if you follow the proven guidelines

provided at this group/site:

lymestrategies

It's a slow, patient process that gets slower if you try to rush it. I

highly recommend it. I do other protocols as well, but S & C is one of

my mainstays.

Be well,

Léna
