Guest guest
Thanks , this should come in handy SOOOO often. Be well, Léna This will convert drops to ml/cc : http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/cooking-conversions/conversions.aspx There are other units of weights/measures. Go to the homepage and click on " CONVERSIONS " , there will be a selection of different weights. I love this website it so user friendly. > > > > Who can guide me as to where to learn how to measure drops vs. > > milligrams? Guest guest
WOW, ! Thanks bunches! Now it looks like I should be taking droppers full, not just counting out drops. I will have to look into that further before I jump into such an increase of iodine. I never took this stuff before. ________________________________ To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Sunday, July 17, 2011 10:50 PM Subject: Re: Measuring Drops vs. Milligrams [ wasDMSO VS MSM] Â This will convert drops to ml/cc : http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/cooking-conversions/conversions.aspx There are other units of weights/measures. Guest guest
The drops to ml conversion is meaningless because they do not specify the size of the drop being converted. Guest guest
Some dropper-bottles that have the conversion right on the vial ... 1.0 ml and 0.5 ml. Drugstores have a spoon-cup thingie that does the same to measure children's meds. --tls From: Garnet Subject: Re: Re: Measuring Drops vs. Milligrams [ wasDMSO VS MSM] The drops to ml conversion is meaningless because they do not specify the size of the drop being converted. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > > This will convert drops to ml/cc : > http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/cooking-conversions/conversions.aspx
Guest guest
DMSO transports molecules that are under 1,000 Daltons molecular weight. So it is not going to carry in any molecule that is larger, theoretically. I have not read the original research on this so until I do can only quote secondary sources. In plain language it means that only what is in the lemons that is smaller than 1,000 daltons would be transported and then only what there is available DMSO to bond to in order to carry it in. So if you have a whole lot stuff in the mix then who knows what is bonding and being transported. Guest guest
Thanks JP, now I know that rattle up there is not lemon seeds. LOL It is helpful to understand the true process, and understand that not everything goes into my tiny brain. david lubbock tx. > DMSO transports molecules that are under > 1,000 Daltons molecular weight.
