It is really making my stomach nauseated.. > > How are you making out with the Total Toddy (or was it Ultra)? > Did reducing the dose help you to tolerate it? > I am taking the ultra body toddy and I am tolerating it really well. I am also taking the inositol (solaray). I am doing pretty well with everything except the brain drain and exhaustion and numbness. I would say it is pretty severe. I shared my problem with my 2 best friends over lunch yesterday. I was met by one with outright hostility. She has 2 sisters on SSRIs and actually put her hands over her ears. I don't think she believes me. I really have no one to share this with. I am going to Phoenix, AZ in 2 weeks and plan to have a long talk with my sister who has NO IDEA about all of this. I think she may be very supportive. I REALLY need SOMEONE to be supportive in my world and believe me. I have no idea why. btw. I LOVE the way you type (I have started doing it myself). I cannot read more than 2 or 3 lines at a time. You separate everything by lots of space. It helps a lot!! Terry
Guest guest
Terry, try eating something along with the capsules, hope it helps, also instead of all at once, take them thoughout the day, hugs > The fish oil capsules are making me very ill to my stomach. Guest guest
Terry, Are you taking the fish oil with meals? That might help. Also, how many are you taking at once? Finally, do you have difficulty digesting other fats? If so, you may find digestive enzymes very helpful. Keep us posted. Kim

Guest guest
Aw Terry, you are so sweet, sad to rely on other people hurt y the drugs for our own sanity..... each time posts another article about how the drug companies are lying to doctors, telling complete lies and falsifing test results... it just makes me sick.... The numbers of informed folks is growing, thank goodness. One day, all this will be over and the truth will come out, but in the meantime, we are here to hold each others' hands.... Be strong dear, you can do this.... you are learning every day and you are understanding the effects of the drugs... good for you, hugs PS keep telling yourself..... IT IS THE DRUGS, NOT ME..... > > > The fish oil capsules are making me very ill to my stomach. I > > think > > > it is still pretty fragile from the rough ride off the traz. Guest guest
Recently gave out three names of fish oil... Coromega, Carlson's and Countrylife with added E C and garlic... I found the Carlson's at Whole Foods Store and they were $22 for 100 capsules.... rather pricey.... anyone have a cheaper sourse? Bob would need two bottles a month... wow. and I ordered a case of Ultra Tody and Mineral Tody from Supralife... it was $222 plus postage... for the 8 bottles.... he too gets stomach aches easily, so he only takes one ounce per day rather than 2 ounces which he should take because of his weight.... > > > The fish oil capsules are making me very ill to my stomach. Guest guest
Hi Terry, You said: <<...I am taking them with full meals. Maybe I cannot take the full amount. I am trying to take two at a time twice a day. Maybe drop to only one twice a day. I cannot remember to take pills three times a day...LOL!!!>> ***I'm lagging behind here. If you're taking this dosage, with food, then two possibilities remain: one, you need digestive enzymes, or two, the fish oil is rancid. This is the product prefers: http://www.primaldefense.net/omegazyme.htm. Not all digestive enzymes are created equal. In fact, most are really a waste of money. These, however, are top of the line. One bottle will give you about three months' supply. No more fish-burps, LOL. Kim
