Guest guest
Or missing from (the) action. Many thanks for asking after me . I'm sorry to report I had a bit of a set back. Long winter nights, short N European days were never easy for me add to this an aversion for " forced " happy X'mas and late Nov - Dec is always going to be my " off " time. This year has also been especially rough. My marriage of 17 years failed whilst I went through the triple withdrawls of Lithium , Efexor and finally Neurontin. My EX had me excluded from OUR home and I'm presently barred from contact with my children. You guy's , Glitterai Connie and so many others walked with me, held my hand as I withdrew .........you guy's read my posts at the time .............you know I have read them and re read them time and again and you know I don't think I was so crazie after all. Still my EX's ambition was to have me carted off to the long stay mental home, to be sectioned for life and for my assests (interests in the family home) to be vested in OUR children. In short I was to be encarasated as an uncurable lunatic and for " her indors " to walk away with care and control of my lifetimes work. Well she got it wrong. I got off the God damm drugs and started into, what is par for the course, a pretty good recovery. I had started into a fairly modest regeim of supplement taking, and I can honestly say I feel no craving for Efexor. ( I'm a little over 10 months free of E) This last 3 weeks I have been short of magnesium. I live in a very rural location and hence health food shops are very thin on the ground. Whether it's the absence of magnesium and or the excess of seasonal issues PLUS the superabundance of " family law " issues I have to admit to having something of a set back. In short I was really wiped out and spent the best part of 36 hours in bed . Finally got on my feet this afternoon and dragged my self off for a drive and got some product. I will post again asap thanks again
