Guest guest
Debbie - I have been reading this string of posts with much interest, just because I find it intriguing how the DOCband works. I think I understand the gap issue - but do you know how the orthos know how much and what to shave off? 's band also started with gaps and he is filling them (yeah!) and then every week, she shaves off some more in those areas only - the hold points remain unshaved. So basically if you separated the band into 4 quadrants - two get shaved and two remain unshaved. How do they know how much to take off so that the sides don't get unbalanced the other way? This is really an amazing process when you step back to think about what they are doing!!! : ) We're lucky to have such talented people helping our kids!
