E-fax Internet Vendor options

Hi group,

There's been alot of chat recently about fax options. I am looking for a FREE

(hopefully), or very inexpensive internet E-fax option to use for my mobile EMR

needs. I don't want to use a fax machine and home/office phone line or PC based

software, but hope to find what I need in the Ethernet, both cheap and secure

and user friendly.

Any thoughts or recommendations?
