I have had success using wintergreen essential oil and applying a

heating pad to my back. Took a couple of weeks of doing every evening.

I would buy Anatolean Treasure brand Wintergreen. Best to apply heat

pad for 15 min before applying oil. Opens pores more beforehand so less

oil is blotted off of skin and more penetrates.

Forgot to add that MSM capsules and curcumin are good supplements for

arthritis. There are others.

Does ATV actually sell Wintergreen Oil?

Butch has told me previously that there is no such thing as natural

Wintergreen Oil.

It is all synthetic, no way to extract it naturally. I can not remember

his whole explanation

but he said it is liver toxic.

I would use Peppermint Oil instead.
