Guest guest
A patient who lives far has recently become a biller and coder. She needs "experience". I need help -- I truly hate all aspects of billing but cannot afford to outsouce it. She is going to volunteer in exchange for letter of recommendations. My first task for her was to find a Hippa Form for volunteers. Is there anything else I should be looking at? How many hours would you count as "experience" to write said letter? What else should I be sure to cover for boundaries as she is a patient? Thanks in advance, Myria
Guest guest
Not at all. AC didn't have a practice management and so she has to go through every visit made in the last 18 months and determine and resubmit all claims that fell through. She has to resubmits all rejected and denied claims. She has to device a more effective way of filing my EOB's for easier retrieval. Whatever money she picks up is gravy at this point. Well worth it to me. Thanks I was thinking too low as I was thinking 100 hours.
