Guest guest
>I have used a mixture of about one ounce of honey to two or so drops of DMSO, in the corner of the eye, along the lash and on the eyelid.< Hi Taffy, I've got some medicinal Manuka honey handy. Do you think that would work? >It not only helped for tired, itching eyes< My eyes are sooo itchy lately. I think I'll try it. >I swear that colours were brighter and I had better definition in my vision.< Sounds very promising! >I was told about two years ago that I had the very beginning of cataracts< Same here. >I have not been able to afford to have my eyes checked again to see if this mixture solved the problem I just know that from experience it at least has helped my eyes.< A good start! I've been using Vit A, bilberry and pycnogenol all of which help, but I'm intrigued by the thought of colors looking more vivid. >It does sting a bit for about a minute and causes the eyes to water profusely for several minutes. The next morning there is grit in the eyes, more that just from the honey< I've been waking up with very gritty eyes myself lately. >applied to the eyelid and in the corner of the eye for treatment of cataracts< When you say the corner of the eye, do you mean the outer corner or the inner corner. Also, did you use it on the upper lashes, the bottom lashes, or both? I'd just as soon avoid cataract surgery if I can. I know people who have had it without any problems, but I'd prefer to do without if possible. Hugs, Dianne
