The absolute cure was within hours, perhaps 2 hours, from very sick, to...........nothing. Just one dose. I took the MMS mixture in a triple ought, '000', (largest human empty capsule), capsule because it has thicker walls and will hold up without giving way. I used a syringe and cannula to fill the capsule but a luer slip syringe will work just fine without a cannula. Memory is short and I always write things down but computer crashes take them away. I used apple cider vinegar at that time because I didn't have citric acid then. I have the book and am looking for it. I used the recipe Jim Humble recommended in his book, so if I can find the book (and it's here somewhere), will post exactly what he suggests for flu and colds. I would not have done anything else other than follow his recipe for colds and flu. Another odd thing that happened to me before MMS came along is, I was sitting at the kitchen table when I suddenly had an overwhelming desire for something. I got up from the table, went to the refrigerator, and looked to see what it was I wanted. Suddenly, I realized I desperately wanted some grape juice. The second I realized this, I began to salivate. Of course, I had no grape juice and seldom ever had any on hand. Two hours later, I was as sick as I've ever been; too sick to hold my head up, think, or do chores. I sat at the table for hours, trying to work up enough strength to do chores, that had to be done, or the animals wouldn't get fed. I have often thought my body told me what the cure was, before I even knew I was sick! I have kept grape juice on hand from that day forward and if I ever feel the desire to drink some, take this as advice. This was the most vicious bug that ever hit me, that fast and that hard. I was totally exhausted the moment it hit me. Also, before MMS, I used to let a 50 mg. zinc gluconate tablet dissolve in the side of my mouth. I did not chew it or suck on it, just let it dissolve on it's own. 99.9% of the time, this is all it used to take to stop a regular cold and sore throat. One time I took two in a row. The side effect was to ruin my taste buds for a couple of hours but stop the sore throat and the cold.
